Refunds & cancellations

How refunds work for projects with N.A.T Web Design. To ask for a refund or cancel, email nickataylor01@gmail.com.
Before work starts
If you cancel before I start designing, I refund your full deposit.
After work starts
Once design work has started, the deposit is not refundable, because it pays for time already spent on your site.
You can cancel at any point. You will not be charged anything beyond the deposit and any work you approved in writing.
If I can't finish
If I can't deliver what we agreed in your quote, I refund what you paid for the work I didn't deliver.
After launch
The balance paid at launch is not refundable. If something I built doesn't work as we agreed, I fix it at no charge.
Website Care Plan
You can cancel the Care Plan yourself at any time from the Manage your Care Plan link at the bottom of this site. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and that month is not refunded.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
