Privacy policy

When you email me or use the question form, I get what you write: usually your name, business name, email address and message. The form opens your own email app; nothing is stored on this website.

When you pay a deposit or your Care Plan, Stripe collects your payment details. I see the payment, your name and email, but never your full card number. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

Only to answer you, quote, build your site and keep business and tax records. I do not sell or share your information with anyone except as needed to take payment (Stripe) or as required by law.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

I keep project emails and payment records as long as I need them for the project and for tax records. Ask me to delete your information and I will, apart from records the law requires me to keep.
